Jenner Media Group Ltd. Services Terms and Conditions

Scheduling: Appointment scheduling can be done through online submission. We will make every effort to select the optimal time for favorable weather conditions; however, ensuring ideal conditions at the scheduled time is the Client’s responsibility. Jenner Media Group Ltd. reserves the right to adjust or reschedule your appointment based on logistical needs to accommodate our extensive client network. We will notify you via phone call, text, and email if such changes occur.

Travel and Parking Charges: We aim to avoid mileage charges to prevent additional costs for our clients. However, for appointments exceeding 15 kilometers of Kitsilano, a fee of $0.7 km will be added to the total appointment cost. Travel is calculated from the location of our photographers, whether their residence or the Jenner Media Group office in Greater Vancouver. We strive to schedule our Creative Specialists efficiently to minimize travel fees. If parking fees are incurred, we will seek the most economical options and will bill clients directly for these charges.

Payments: Unless discussed otherwise, all payments must be completed before the delivery of marketing assets.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: We offer flexible rescheduling options for weather-related or unforeseen issues. A cancellation fee of $200 applies to appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. No-show appointments, defined as 30 minutes past the scheduled time, are also subject to a $200 cancellation fee.

Filming/Photography: Jenner Media Group Ltd. retains full creative control over compositions, room selection, and the number of photos per room unless specified otherwise. Additional photos or angle changes will require a second visit and will incur additional charges.

Liability and Insurance: Jenner Media Group Ltd. is covered by a $2M general business liability policy, available upon request or tailored for specific jobs, clients, or agencies. Our drone operators follow all Transport Canada Rules and Regulations. We reserve the right to refuse services for safety reasons, including adverse weather conditions or proximity to airports. We maintain the discretion to decline services as needed.

Property Readiness: Please ensure that the property is prepared for shooting upon the arrival of our Creative Specialists. Ensure that lights are on, clutter is removed, and vehicles are out of the driveway. Jenner Media Group Ltd. is not responsible for moving or adjusting objects. Our specialists may make minor adjustments but are not responsible for staging, cleaning, or securing the property. The property will be shot “AS-IS.”

Return Charges: If a reshoot is required due to the property not being ready, changes to decor, or additional photos/videos beyond the original scope, a fee of $150 will apply. Jenner Media Group Ltd. reserves the right to impose this fee at its discretion.

Asset Delivery: We aim to deliver photography within 24 hours and real estate video production within two to five business days. Deliverables will be provided via HD Photohub, accessible through your email.

Floor Plans: Floor plans are approximate, and square footage is estimated. Jenner Media Group Ltd. does not guarantee precise measurements. Floor plans are for general layout purposes and should not be used as exact measuring tools. Accuracy is not guaranteed, as measurements are derived from third-party tools.

Refunds: All sales are final. Jenner Media Group Ltd. does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees.

Photography Revisions: The editing fee included in our pricing covers standard retouching. Any additional Photoshop editing will incur a $20 fee per photo.

Video Revisions: Videos provided are final versions. Revisions are only accepted if we have made an error. Music selections are final. If you specify that we choose the music, we are not liable for dissatisfaction. Changes requested after final delivery will be charged at $60 per hour.

Asset Rights and License: All photos and videos, including copyrights and ownership, remain the exclusive property of Jenner Media Group Ltd. This license grants you limited rights to display and distribute the content solely for promotional purposes related to the property’s sale. The photos and videos are for single-use only and cannot be duplicated, edited, or sold to third parties without Jenner Media Group Ltd.’s consent.
